Role Overview & Responsibilities

Marketing Manager - Full time

£28- 35k depending on experience and hours

Working directly with the creative and financial directors in a vibrant team-centred business within the hospitality, events, music and entertainment industry. Keen interest in music and events/hospitality essential with an understanding of the local creative scene in Edinburgh and Scotland helpful but not vital. An interest in food and drinks, environmentalism, the arts and DJ & club culture are also beneficial. Good communication - both written and verbal is vital.

Responsibilities...

- Turnover for Paradise Palms, West Port Oracle and Paradise Lost in Ibiza.

- Turnover targets for Lucky Pig vegetarian food and Paradise Palms Records & associated events.

- Public relations/PR for the business (covers socials/website/content creation/press)

- Programming for venues, Edinburgh Fringe and external Events

- Promotions (drinks & food promos, discounts, loyalty programs, memberships, deals etc)

- Overseeing our merch and online sales

- Artwork, design and copy (outsourced if no personal experience in design)

- Clear communication of events and activations among teams and departments

Flexible role and hours. Character fit and personal drive alongside a proven record of organised work favoured over specific marketing experience as full training can be provided.

The perfect candidate would balance a good head for figures-driven results alongside creative flair, good common sense, honesty and openness.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
