Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Bull Hotel, Stony Stratford, seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. If you take pride in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction, we invite you to be a part of our renowned hotel and contribute to our guests' exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they are tidy, sanitised, and inviting for our guests.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with towels, toiletries, and other essentials.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs required in the guest rooms or public areas.
• Adhere to established standards of cleanliness and hygiene to maintain the hotel's impeccable reputation.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Handle guests' requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Follow established safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. We are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
