Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Shankly Hotel is looking for talented bar & waiting on staff to join our award-winning team in our The Bastion Bar & Restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and showing them to their table
• Giving out menus and taking orders for food & drink
• Serving food and drinks
• Fully knowledgeable of all items on the menu to answer questions
• Making sure tables are clean & tidy
• Making sure bar area and back bar is clean and tidy
• Dealing with bill payments/cash handling
• Upselling extra services within hotel
• Service Standards
• Delivering outstanding customer service to all guests

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8 per week

Salary: From £10.42 per hour

Day range:

• Weekend availability
