Construction Project Administrator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team in the high-end residential and speculative construction industry. In this role, the Project Administrator is accountable for providing support to the Project Management and Accounting teams in terms of document control, record keeping, A/P, A/R, and clear communication with our Clients, Subcontractors, Vendors, Consultants, and all team members.

The Project Administrator is responsible for monitoring the progress of construction projects, issuing purchase orders and change orders, processing A/P invoices and reviewing A/R project billings. Project Administrators must diligently follow up with all parties to ensure all documents are received and processed in a timely manner.

This is a great position for someone that is interested in furthering their knowledge and experience in the construction field and is good with numbers and details. About 50% of your time will be spent helping with processing subcontractor invoices, gathering insurance certificates, issuing change orders, and processing RFI’s. The best fit for this position is hard working, personable, and a fast-learner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Los Gatos, CA 95030: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Construction: 2 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
