Role Overview & Responsibilities

Nathaniel’s are the main dealer for MG in Bridgend and MG, Fiat, Abarth, Jeep and Alfa Romeo in Cardiff and stock over 200 pre-owned cars, of all makes and models. However, not only do we sell cars, we also have a servicing department, a parts department, a tyrebay and a team of smart repair specialists.

Due to our continuing success and business growth we are currently seeking a Telephonist, this role is based at our Bridgend Dealership and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all incoming calls to the business.

This is not a customer facing position, but a managed attempt at answering all incoming calls and direct to the appropriate person or department with care.

It is a full-time position 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday,

Salary will be £22,500.

Standard Holidays including Bank Holidays

Experience would be a bonus but is not essential, however a great personality and positive attitude is essential, age is no barrier.
