Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job Title: Inventory Controller
Reporting to: Inventory Manager

Objectives of the job:
To maintain stock integrity in warehouse and across all systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out OOS investigations using physical checks, WMS and Trinity to maintain service levels.
• Generating Cycle counts. Ensure every location gets counted at least 4 times in 12 months.
• Perform Audit counts and Reconciliations between two systems.
• Interdepots Reconciliations. Investigating depots shortages/overs. Issuing credit/booking stock out. Ensuring there are no outstanding discrepancies older than 30 days.
• Daily investigating and resolving QA locations. Being aware of stock issues within the warehouse.
• Manual Keg Cycle Count.
• Bonded and POS stock take.
• Maintain item footprints, dates, attributes, pick faces.

Key Skills:
Knowledge of WMS and Trinity systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Use of Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records
Good teamwork skills
Good communication and relationship building skills
Use of Scissor lift track
