Responsibilities:
As a Classroom Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff to create a positive and engaging learning environment for our students. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
As a Classroom Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff to create a positive and engaging learning environment for our students. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring that students' individual needs are met
- Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance
- Helping to maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Assisting with classroom management and behaviour management strategies
- Collaborating with teachers to create and implement educational activities
- Supporting students during group work and independent study
- Assisting with the preparation of teaching materials and resources
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning journey
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of educational practices and principles
- Experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable)
