Control Room Operator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our client based in Wandsworth are looking for an ARC controller to provide support for their team of controllers, monitoring alarms and effective telephone response. You will be providing a highly efficient and professional response service to all customers and liaising with emergency services, internal departments, customers and engineers. Candidates are required to have a SIA CCTV PSS licence upon joining and Security Industry Experience.

• Manage controlled access via a video management platform
• Monitor and process electronic alarm signals
• Provide a highly professional standard of customer care within the telephone service we provide to our clients in line with the security protocols required
• Provide reports in a timely and professional manner and meeting KPI targets
• Liaise with the emergency services when necessary
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates
• Monitor CCTV and take the appropriate action in a speedy manner
• Manage client expectations in what can sometimes be a very active environment
• Act and communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times

Hours of work - Mon-Sun 6am-6pm with 7 days off, then Mon-Sun 6pm-6am with 7 days off
