Founded in 2008, YouMeSushi has been winning the hearts of Londoners thanks to our varying menu concept that is perfectly combined with a fresh and unique approach to Japanese cuisine. Due to expansion of the business, we are looking for an Assistant Accountant for our office in Golders Green.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an Assistant Accountant experienced in working with Sage software to join our office team. You will need to be highly organised and be able to meet deadlines. Great communication skills, good time management and positive attitude are key! You will be supporting the Accounting Department, while reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

The right person must have:

• Revenue Data entry / Analysis / Reconciliation experience
• Experience in processing high volume of invoices
• Reconciling Purchase and Sales ledger
• Managing Bank reconciliation processes
• VAT reconciliation and VAT Returns
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
• Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
• Experience of working on Sage software packages

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Experience:

• Accounting: 2 years (required)
