Production Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our production processes and collaborating with our manufacturing partners to maintain the quality of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure that production processes align with design specifications
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all rugs meet our high standards
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth production and delivery processes
• Responsible for oversight of the custom approval design process from initial artwork phase to production
• Ensure SKU database is updated and accurately maintained, including cost, BOM’s, and all manufacturer information
• Communicate daily with a network of overseas vendors to track production progress on open orders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years experience working with overseas production textiles, home goods, or a similar industry with a proven track record of success
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets and experience with production software.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
