Role Overview & Responsibilities

Classeq are an independent company with the manufacturing headquarters based in Stafford and are part of a global family-owned business. In 2017 we moved to our new production facility close to Stafford Town Centre (Beacon Business Park).


Classeq’s core business is the manufacture of glass and dishwashers for pubs, clubs, hotels and the general hospitality industry. In addition to the manufactured products, we sell supporting products and services such accessories, service contracts and spare parts.


Our ethos of “Warewashing Made Simple” applies across the business from customer interactions, processes within the company and servicing of machines.

Due to continued success and expansion of our product range we are looking to recruit Production Operatives.

Production Operatives

Production Operatives are responsible for all activities related to the manufacturing of our machines including production, test and packing. Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor.


No experience is necessary; however, you must be able to demonstrate dexterity and the ability to learn new processes quickly and to maintain the target times after the initial training period.


The role requires you to be a strong team player as the production line will be moving to a flow process in January 2023.


We are looking for an individual who is willing to be part of our very successful team, willing to work hard and to learn new skills to allow us to meet the increasing demands for our products.

This is a full-time position, hours will be 07:00 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday and 07:00 to 15:45 on Friday, with a 15-minute break in the morning and 30-minute lunch break. We offer a fully equipped kitchen and seating area for break times.
