Role Overview & Responsibilities

Winkworth Client Services Department

We are looking to add new Business Consultants to help grow our Client Services Department. This role is to generate business for the network through building relationships with vendors, landlords and developers. You will pro-actively inform and advise prospective clients through close and regular contact, with the aim of securing their business and maximising opportunities with the company.

The role requires great communicators, who are determined, motivated and those who will thrive in a sociable and hard working environment. Extensive initial training and constant on the job training are provided.

The role is ideally suited for someone looking to get into the property industry or a negotiator looking to move to a Monday-Friday role.

Role of a Business consultant:

• Proactively maintaining contact with clients
• Identifying new business
• Generating appointments for office Directors
• Working with office Directors to build a strategy to win business

Benefits and Salary:

• Competitive basic salary of £20k to £25k depending on experience
• OTE of £30-37k in year 1 and £37k+ in year 2
• Quarterly events
• 20 days annual leave plus birthday and bank holidays
• Monday-Friday
• Central London location

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
