About the Role:

As a Health Care Assistant, you'll help residents with daily living, providing support whilst respecting their dignity and promoting independence, and making sure they get the quality care they deserve and making them smile every day.

To be considered as a Health Care Assistant, you need:

• To be 18 and over
• Previous experience in the care industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
• To want to provide a high quality of care and support to vulnerable people
• Exceptional listening and communication skills
• To possess an empathetic approach
• To be willing to provide personal care
• A proactive approach to work and be able to work on your own initiative
• To be able to work flexibly depending on the needs of the work environment

·To have a passion to make a positive difference to people’s lives; being considerate and supportive is a must

Previous experience in the care industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
