NIGHT CARER

We have an exciting opportunity in our lovely home from home nursing home in Colchester for a Healthcare Assistant who wants to make a difference in our residents’ lives. At Welshwood Manor we are a 34-bed nursing home that strives on providing excellent care. All staff are fully trained and experienced within the care sector. As a Healthcare Assistant you will work as part of a team providing physical, emotional, spiritual and social support. You will continually promote independence, choice, dignity and respect to the people living our homes by delivering the very best standards of care, supporting people with personal care, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals. Completing current and appropriate documentation which includes daily record keeping, charts and care plans.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 36 per week

Salary: £11.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Staff will be required to wear masks which will be provided at all times within the home. All staff are rapid tested prior to shift commencing
