Office Administrator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Due to expansion, we are seeking to appoint an experienced office administrator. Ideally the right Candidate must have experience in working within the double glazing industry and knowledge of using Microsoft office. Good Customer skills is a must. You will have a proven track record in dealing with queries and working under pressure. good time keeping and meeting dead lines.

Responsibilities:

• processing of orders and ensure the accurate input .
• To Manage orders to delivery point.
• To respond to customer telephone enquiries.
• To develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customer installations/surveys.
• stock take
• ingoing and outgoing deliveries
• checking accuracy of orders before installation
• booking in service calls

Salary: £20,020.00-£25,100.00 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £18,200.00-£23,400.00 per year
