Supplier Accounts Reporting Analyst

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for Supplier Accounts Reporting Analyst to join our Operational Finance team in our Waterstones office in Olton.

In this role you would be working alongside the Supplier Accounts AP team, ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and in a timely manner. Developing and owning the reporting suite and co-ordinating query resolutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Completion of balance sheet reconciliations and supporting AP team with month end duties.
• Supporting the weekly payment process
• Production of weekly and monthly reports , including unmatched reports, turnover reports, claims reports , automatch reports
• Supplier Statement reconciliations
• Co-ordinating the PPI claims process, liaising with Suppliers and AP team members
• Supporting supplier accounts month end payments, calculation of payment deductions.
• Hub liaison partner- liaise with the hub team in resolution of supplier queries raised in respect of claims for shortages and returns

We are looking for:

· Strong excel skills

· A good understanding of basic Accounting concepts, would suit a new studier of AAT, CIMA, ACCA or Finance Graduate or similar experience

You should also:

· Systematic and methodical approach.

· Exception attention to detail and accuracy.

· Organised and able to manage workload.

· Self-Motivated.

· A proactive player, willing to use initiative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
