Night Care Assistant, Claremont Residential Home

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking dedicated Night Care Assistants to work night shifts (10 hours) in our highly recommended, friendly residential care home in Corsham, Wiltshire. Weekend working will be required as part of the rota pattern. Shifts run from 09.30pm - 7.30am.

Experience of working in care is not essential as we provide comprehensive training.

Benefits include:

Any time worked over contracted hours will be paid at a 20% enhanced rate of pay.

Bank holiday worked will be paid at time plus 33%

Christmas Day rate will be paid at double time

Overtime rate paid for any training sessions attended outside of normal working hours.
