Job Description

Pharmacy Delivery Driver required to join our team at Victory Internet Pharmacy.

We are seeking to recruit a Pharmacy Delivery Driver.

Job type:

• Part time or full time – hourly.
• Monday to Friday 2pm to 9pm (Approximately 30-35hrs/week)

• Strong communication and excellent customer service skills
• Trustworthy and understanding of confidentiality issues
• Professional, tactful and friendly attitude
• Ability to work effectively to deadlines (delivery to patients need to made timely)
• Excellent team working skills
• IT literate – basic MS Excel knowledge, Smart phone Apps
• High level of concentration
• Have a methodical and accurate approach to practical tasks

Responsibilities and Duties

• To deliver in a timely and professional manner.
• To ensure the safe and correct delivery of items to patients.
• To inform the customer of approximate delivery times and to manage their expectations.
• To communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• To ensure that the pharmacy environment is welcoming, clean and tidy.
• To shelf medications
• To ensure deliveries from wholesalers match the delivery notes
• Collect payments from patients not exempt from prescription charges

Requirements

• Own a car (mileage paid)
• Clean driving license
• IT literate
• DBS Check

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
