Fulfilment Manager - Kannada Speaking - visa sponsorship available

Working in a fast paced ever revolving environment delivering first class customer expectation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Retail and E-Commerce teams to ensure that all tasks and customer orders are fulfilled within required timeframe.

• Pro active approach to planning resource in line with order activity with the relevant department heads.

• Ensuring KPIs are achieved in-line with the agreed specifications and time periods.

• Planning and managing the Web fulfilment team and other warehouse teams ensuring resource is in place to ensure tasks are fulfilled

• Creating daily/weekly people schedules.

• Managing, training and coaching team members to ensure they are fully equipped to fulfil their tasks.

• Monitoring task progress and productivity at regular intervals.

• Reporting findings to the senior management team.

• Picking and packing KPI s are paramount achieving daily is a key goal.

• Consumable inventory control.

• Stock inventory investigation and control

• Ensuring full compliance at all times of company policies and procedures, standards, and legislation

• Communicating with and building relationships with external third parties, suppliers, and internal departments on all aspects of the business

• Undertake and reasonable assigned ad-hoc tasks.

Salary: From £20,983.59 per year
