Project Manager - AI Projects

The role:

You'll manage and maintain order across dozens of simultaneously ongoing workflows. You keep track of communication & deadlines, forecasting whether a project is going to reach its completion in time and anticipate problems before they happen. You are comfortable with using project management software and aim to use the best tools out there and have plenty of experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders at various levels of seniority.

Some of this role's responsibilities include:

• Understanding instruction rulebooks on how images must be annotated and ensure these are turned into efficient workflows.

• Communicating with stakeholders which may belong to different industries, including scientists, doctors, automotive engineers, and more on the progress of their training data annotation.

• Having regular catch-ups and producing quick reports (in a semi-automatic way) on project statuses.

• Evaluating the quality of labelled images and working with engineering to automate the quality evaluation process.

Requirements:

• You're a Project Manager or Delivery Manager with experience of leading labeling or annotation projects, or wider AI projects (eg, NLP or LiDAR).

• You're proficient with modern project management software (we use ClickUp and HubSpot).

• You're comfortable in a client-facing role and likely to have been client-facing in your previous PM roles.

• You're great with stakeholders and client relationship management.

• You have a curious, scientific mind.

• You're fluent in English.
