The University of Southampton is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our international marketing team in delivering impactful campaigns across a variety of markets.

Using your communication, project management and problem solving skills you will work on a variety of engaging projects to support our international office colleagues who work in-country. This includes creating and maintaining asset registers, ensuring templates, videos and images are well organised, up to date and easy to locate, and liaising regularly with the international office to review their use of templates and assets.

You will support market research projects to develop our understanding of our audiences, and use that insight to support the implementation marketing activities across a range of channels including online advertising, paid search and social media.

For an informal conversation about this role please contact our Head of International Marketing Laura Barclay, l.j.barclay@soton.ac.uk. We are working in a hybrid way which typically requires around 2 days each week in person on campus.

We are proactive in fostering a culture of inclusion, respect, and equality of opportunity. We select candidates based on merit and ability and aspire to thrive in the diversity of our workforce. We welcome applications from all candidates with an interest in the role and those who are committed to helping us create an inclusive work environment. We encourage applications from candidates from Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic communities, people who identify as LGBTQ+, and people with disabilities.
