Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Lecturer to join the Anatomy Team at the Department of Musculoskeletal and Ageing Science, which is part of the Institute of Life Course & Medical Sciences. The successful candidate will be employed part-time for a fixed term of 1 year and will primarily cover the teaching responsibilities of another academic who has been awarded a Royal Society Apex Award. The successful candidate will work with colleagues in the School of Life Sciences and the Human Anatomy Resource Centre (HARC) to deliver high-quality teaching, predominantly in human anatomy in addition to supervision of student research projects and tutorials. There will also be opportunity to interact with researchers within the William Henry Duncan Building, a custom-built research building with fully-equipped laboratory space, specialised equipment and facilities.The University has the right to close the vacancy early if it is deemed that there have been enough applications received
