Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our Hospitality Assistants are the face of our catering operation at Ness Botanic Gardens, serving and delivering food and beverages to visitors, staff, students, visitors, in our café and at events.
Supporting the Catering Manager and Team Leader (Catering) the Hospitality Assistants will support the day to day café operation and event delivery.

You will be proactive, enthusiastic and organised and have clear understanding of customer service.

You will have a flexible approach to work, being able to support delivery of a seven day per week catering operation as well as events such as weddings and conferences. There will be regular weekend and evening working
