Inbound Sales Agent - Full Time

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Salary: £25,000 - OTE £35k!
Monday to Friday - Office Based
Trafford Park

Role:

• Responding to all inbound enquiries as quickly as possible aiming to convert into an order
• Processing and managing from inbound contact (email/web/phone)
• Raise contracts and administer customer orders with attention to detail to prevent invoice issues and disputes
• Work with the operations team to ensure the customers get the equipment they need when they need it
• Be inquisitive and establish what work customers are carrying out - to allow you to up/cross sell
• Work with the Customer Improvement manager to spot opportunities to sell additional items
• Maintain an understanding of our products and services and educate customers in the full range of products on offer
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI's
• Provide a first-class service at all times

You:

• Customer Focused
• Experience of inbound/outbound calls
• Target driven/ results oriented
• Active questioning skills
• Proven experience in multitasking
• Have great attention to detail
