English as a Foreign Language Teacher

Role Overview & Responsibilities

An experienced English as a foreign language teacher is required for a client in Merchant Square, London (W2 1BF), for 3 x 1:1 lessons per week (3 x 60 minute sessions). The role will require delivering 1:1 lessons to a pre-intermediate level (B1) learner at their home in Merchant Square, London.

For religious reasons, the learner has requested a female teacher for this role.

Please note - As this is for in-person lessons we are only accepting candidates who are already living close to or within reasonable commuting distance to the area.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

· Have native or near-native level of English

· A willingness to travel to and from the learner's home for sessions

· A Cambridge CELTA or equivalent teaching qualification

· At least 2 years tutoring/teaching experience

· The candidate will need to be available in the afternoons (12:00 - 16:00) Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to deliver the lessons.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 3 per week

Salary: £22.00 per hour
