Role Overview & Responsibilities

URBAN AND CAMPUS NEST (UCNEST) is one of the leading international student accommodation providers in London and Sheffield with a portfolio of over 400 properties managed throughout the UK.

UCNEST are looking for a new property manager and sales intern to work on a long-term basis with the team. The position will be initially an internship where the candidate will learn the job role, gain experience, and then develop into a full-time member of staff.

UCNEST has offices in Beijing, Sheffield and London. As the Company is heavily focused on students from China being bi-lingual in Mandarin Chinese and English would be an advantage especially for some of the communication with tenants and staff in other offices.

Main duties include:

- Arranging contractors to attend maintenance problems

- Liaising with Landlords and other agencies

- Communicating with tenants

- Identifying and solving problems

- Check ins and Check outs

- Carrying out regular property inspections

- Arranging the compliance for the properties

- Conducting viewings for clients

- Making contracts and referencing clients

For rental sales

Training will be provided for the role and you will work alongside the company director for the first few weeks of your role and you will be supported throughout your internship.

Contract length: 3 months

Salary: From £13,390.44 per year
