Front of House Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Manager to lead a team at an Italian restaurant opening soon in Hartlepool! You will be a key part of the team, and will lead the Front of House staff.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Greeting & Seating customers
• Directing and managing waiting staff
• Scheduling staff shifts, writing rotas
• Taking bookings
• Liaison with kitchen staff
• Learning and understanding the food, drinks & cocktail menu
• Handling customer queries and complaints
• Able to train wait staff

Experience required:

• Previous experience in this role or many years in the industry as a whole
• Health & Safety adherence and documentation
• Food Safety adherence
• Experience managing front of house staff

This role offers a starting salary of £27,000 - £30,000 according to your previous experience, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Salary: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
