Role Overview & Responsibilities

Tri City Rock is immediately looking to hire in office sales representatives.

Daily job responsibilities include:

• Answering Phones.
• Greeting and helping customers with their product needs.
• Generate customer quotes.
• Completing transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
• Accepting payment and returning appropriate change if necessary.
• Communicate well and accurately with yard laborers regarding material sales or inquiries.
• Place orders with vendors on materials we special order.
• Schedule orders for delivery and manage driver daily dispatch.
• Additional tasks may come up at the discretion of management.

A basic knowledge and understanding of math is necessary for creating quotes and disbursing change back to the customers.

A thorough understanding of the products and what is needed for particular jobs is necessary.
We are willing to train on the material however a common knowledge of landscape material is suggested for ease of training.

Good memorization skills, regarding product codes and pricing, will come in handy for this position.

This is a Full-Time position. Medical, Dental and 401K benefits will be offered after 90 day probational period.

Starting pay will be $16.00 per hour. Pay increases will be based on performance evaluations. Starting pay may be negotiable if applicant has previous experience and product knowledge relevent in the industry.
