Role Overview & Responsibilities

An exciting role for an organised, hard working, confident and passionate Sandwich Maker.

You'll be located in Beaumaris, Anglesey; a bustling Seaside town. You will be preparing fresh locally sourced and procured goods to support our various Restaurants, Coffee Shops and Deli. We pride ourselves on producing the highest quality products from fresh ingredients that the best local producers, farmers & fishermen can offer.

Salary from £8 - £10 PH depending on experience and skill sets.

Key areas & responsibilities include:

Responsibility for preparation, production, cost control, hygiene & driving sales of your products.

Responsible for new product testing and introducing new product lines to the various outlets.

Providing first class food for guests with good product knowledge, delivered to the very highest of Quality and Hygiene standards over any 5 days of 7.

Leading, supervising and training of other team members with positive motivation.

Demonstrating knowledge of areas such as COSHH, HSE at Work, EHO requirements, Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness.

Salary: £7.22-£10.52 per hour

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Beaumaris: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
