Role Overview & Responsibilities

TOTALIS are a Construction, Fit Out and Facilities Management provider with offices across the UK. We carry out a wide range of projects including plumbing installation and maintenance for a recently secured large MTC contract with up to 5 years worth of work

• TOTALIS provide Reactive and preventative planned maintenance across a number of retail clients across Northern Ireland
• Would suit someone who is keen to learn and has some experience working across Construction, Building or Facilities Maintenance and has a keen eye for detail

Essential requirements:

• Time served as a plumber
• Clean driving licence
• ECS/CSR Card

Desirable requirements:

• Maintenance plumbing experience

The role will involve reporting directly to the Contracts Manager/Scheduler with daily updates.

Candidates should demonstrate an ability to work independently using their own initiative, with minimum supervision, as well as working as part of a team.
