The Opportunity

The Office Administrator will manage and supervise a busy team of Administration Assistants, to ensure the delivery of a proactive, professional and high-quality support service to lawyers and support staff across the Manchester and Liverpool offices. The role provides an opportunity to get involved with multiple areas of the business including branch, office and HR support.

This role is integral to the smooth and efficient running of the office and offers exposure to key stakeholders.

We offer a friendly, supportive, busy yet fulfilling working environment, where you will very quickly become an important part of the team.

The successful candidate will be reliable and thrive in a busy working environment. We are looking for someone who is organised and has pro-active way of working.

The ability to effectively communicate and build good working relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the firm is key to this role.

Finally, candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge of health & safety and any associated procedural requirements.
