Civil Enforcement Officer- Traffic Warden

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Civil Enforcement Officers are required on either a part time or full time basis.

The full-time position is contracted to 42.5 hours per week, with a salary of £22,829.28. The part time position is contracted to 25.5 hours per week, with a salary of £13,697.58

Key responsibilities:

• Travelling across the borough at different locations to ensure that parking restrictions are applied
• Providing good customer service to the community
• Issuing tickets to vehicles that do not comply to standards
• Taking photos for recording purposes
• Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations

The ideal candidates:

• Will have good communication skills
• Be friendly and have good problem solving skills
• Motivated to work well independently

Training is available for successful applicants.
