Role Overview & Responsibilities

There for Care are a Registered Care Agency based in Monmouthshire and supply our services throughout South Wales to various care settings i.e Caring for people in their own home, Nursing Care, Residential and Mental Health.

We offer 6-12 hour shifts, competitive rates of pay, ongoing in-house training as well as external training opportunities, on call support and guidance from an experienced team who are committed to providing a high quality care.

Duties will include:

Assisting with an individual's personal care

Supporting Vulnerable Adults over the age of 18

Help with Mobility and transfer assistance

Encouragement with daily and support activities

Record keeping – documenting factual, non judgemental information

Report to your line manager

Abide by any health and safety requirements within the setting and in line with current legislation

Assistance and encouragement with Nutritional and Dietary needs

Working within a team and on an individual basis as and when required

Promote Independence, privacy, dignity, confidentiality, respect and fulfilment must be all times

Salary: £13.00-£28.00 per hour
