Office Manager/Personal Assistant
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager/PA to join our team on a part-time basis, working 20 hours per week. This office-based role requires a proactive individual who can support various office operations, provide administrative assistance, and ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities. As the PA to the executive team, you will play a vital role in managing their schedules and assisting with various tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring a comfortable working environment by taking care of the office dogs, providing snacks and drinks to staff, and organizing weekly lunches.
Responsibilities:
· Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
· Maintain an organised filing system for documents, records, and other important materials.
· Perform general administrative duties, such as ordering office supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating maintenance requests.
· Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including managing invoices, expenses, and financial records.
· Act as the Personal Assistant to the executive team, managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
· Provide support during meetings by taking minutes, preparing materials, and following up on action items.
· Take care of office dogs during their owners' meetings, ensuring their well-being and attending to their needs.
· Monitor and restock snacks and drinks to ensure staff have access to refreshments.
· Coordinate and arrange lunch for the staff twice a week.
· Ensure clear desk policy as well as other employment policies in place are followed by staff.
· Mange office cleaner and ensure office kept tidy and clean.
Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and proficient in office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Previous experience preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £14.50 per hour
