What’s the role?

• Research Client's business and determine which services would be most appealing to the customer
• Confidently answer questions about service being promoted
• B2B cold calling prospective clients
• Fact finding and rapport building over the telephone
• Updating records through our CRM (Salesforce)
• Ensuring all notes are recorded accurately on Salesforce
• Managing call backs effectively
• Pipeline management
• Ensuring new business opportunities are developed through effective lead generation
• Meet personal targets set
• Delivering a great customer experience to all potential Clients

Requirements

• Previous B2B Cold Calling Experience (1 Year)
• Experience using Salesforce (1 Year)

Remuneration

• Competitive salary
• Work from home with office working only required for meetings
• 15% commission as standard
