Role Overview & Responsibilities

Duration:

A temporary position from 20 March to 8 September 2023. The normal working week is 35 hours between 0900-1700 Monday to Friday. However, in the immediate lead up to and during the event period (July-August) you will be required to work additional (paid) hours including evenings and weekends.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administration of the microsite and accreditation system for performers, associated staff and admin workers, event teams, and contractors.
  • Assist in the delivery of important communications to external stakeholders, including seasonal staff and contractors.
  • Support in the organisation and delivery of training and inductions, and maintain records as required.
  • Support accreditation delivery for Tattoo related events.
  • Assist with the management of guests, and meeting arrangements including organising catering.
  • Manage the Production email account(s).
  • Respond, or facilitate responses, to Operations related queries (phone, email and in person).
  • Support preparation for key events and documents.
  • Co-ordinate deliveries/collection to the office and other locations.
  • Other duties relating to the event as reasonably required by your manager.
  • Represent the company positively in interaction with performer groups, seasonal staff, event contractors and partner organisations.

Essential Skills/Characteristics/Qualifications:

  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work to instruction and deadline.
  • Good administration and computer skills.
  • Attentive to detail.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • English at Higher/A level (or equivalent).
