Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Roseate Hotel Edinburgh, (previously The Dunstane House Hotel,) have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Junior Sous Chef looking to work in our stunning 5* property. Working directly with the Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to progress and develiop you career in our recently rebranded Hotel.

The ideal candidate-

• Confidence to deputise for the head chef
• Experience with ordering, health and safety, stock control
• Ability to run all sections of the kitchen
• Background in a fine dining hotel or restaurant preferred

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £14.00 per hour
