Role Overview & Responsibilities

The business is an award-winning organic, family-run farm that delivers its produce directly to the consumer across Yorkshire and the North. If you are interested in horticulture, being part of a team and spending a lot of time outside this is a great opportunity for you. Looking for someone with a passion for food and nature, they must have the ability to work in a team to help the farm achieve its goals and help their team members achieve theirs.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing produce.
• Quality control.
• Seeding.
• Weeding.
• Planting.
• General farm labour.

Skills required

• Team player.
• Versatility, there are many jobs on the farm and the successful candidate would be able to turn their hand to different tasks.
• The length of the day can vary depending on the workload.
• Willing to get their hands dirty!
• Willing to work Saturdays during peak season.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £11.00 per hour
