Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Online Recording Studio

We are an online music agency that has been featured in Sky News, MixMag, Metro, LadBible, UniLad, and Music News. We work with artists from around the world and are currently looking for a candidate to join our team and assist with the administrative tasks of the company.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for music.

Responsibilities:

  • Register songs with the appropriate Performance Rights Organizations (PROs) and manage the process of copyrighting tracks
  • Monitor and track performance data for all releases on various platforms including Soundcloud, Spotify, and YouTube
  • Update the company website with tour dates and artist updates using Wordpress
  • Manage profiles on Soundcloud, Spotify, and YouTube for our artists
  • Keep accurate records of music-related activities and data
  • Communicate with artists and other music industry professionals as needed
  • Conduct music-related research as required
  • Support senior team members with ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with various PROs and their registration processes
  • Understanding of the music industry and music publishing
  • Strong research skills and the ability to gather information from various sources
  • Experience working with artists and other music industry professionals
  • Experience using Wordpress to update websites
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
