Area Manager - Belfast Area

Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Mount Charles Group have an exciting opportunity for an area manager to join our team in the Cleaning and Support Services. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and focused team responsible for managing and developing business within this Division.

Working hours:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

• Various Northern Ireland Sites

Key responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the management of day to day functions of each unit within a designated area.
• Management and development of a designated team.
• Management and accountability for financial performance.
• Client relations.
• Delivery of quality and service standards.
• Participation in the strategic development of the Group and overall promotion of the Company’s key goals and objectives.
• We are seeking a confident, results focused individual with a comprehensive knowledge of contract cleaning services.
