Domestic Assistant / Cleaner
Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual to join our cleaning team.
Your job will be to maintain all areas of our properties. A high level of hygiene is expected and all applicants must be able to cover a wide range of cleaning requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- To maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout all Lyme Trust properties, including offices, resident communal areas and gardens/courtyards
- To be on-hand to help staff collect and pack residents' belongings when they leave The Lyme Trust
- To ensure that a vacated room is cleaned and prepared (including a Welcome Pack) for an incoming resident
- To report any damage or defects
- To ensure all Health & Safety and Fire Regulations are adhered to
- To liaise with outside services in the event of fire, theft, intrusion and vandalism
- To complete any other reasonable tasks as requested

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newcastle-under-Lyme: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
