Role Overview & Responsibilities

Applicants must be 16 years of age or over. Shifts availability for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings alongside weekend availability. Candidates must be flexible to meet the demands of the business.

Your responsibilities include:

• Giving excellent customer service.
• Taking orders, handling payments and managing the tills.
• Communicating orders to the fryers
• Pouring and serving drinks
• Wrapping and bagging food and/or plating and serving food
• Keeping areas of work clean and tidy
• Clearing and wiping tables before resetting.
• Helping to load and unload the dishwasher and glasswasher of dirty pots.
• Preparation of menu items and garnishes. (Salads, bread, desserts)
• Keeping bain maries topped up during busy periods

Your job role requires you to maintain high standards of food hygiene and to adhere to the company’s health and safety policy. You will participate and complete all training given to a satisfactory standard.

Your job role requires you to have a full understanding of all aspects of the company including front and back of house. As a member of our team you will need to demonstrate strong communication skills, be flexible at all times and thrive when working under pressure. You should be able to show initiative, take the lead when required and have pride in all aspects of your work.

In your role you will work alongside all other team members, helping to support each other and report directly to the shop manager in order to achieve the company’s goals.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-12 per week

Salary: £5.50-£10.40 per hour
