Role Overview & Responsibilities

An opportunity has arisen within the Pathology Services Department for a business manager. This is a new role within the department following a recent management of change.

The Business Managers role is to support delivery and service development within the Pathology Directorate, with clear delegated responsibilities from the Directorate Manager to deliver the Trust vision and values.

Support the achievement of all targets, financial and non-financial and secure compliance with all regulatory and policy standards.

Support the Directorate Manager by developing and supporting the delivery of annual Business Planning and Efficiency Plans providing appropriate leadership for change management programmes.
