Kitchen cook.

30 hours a week which does include weekends. (May take x2 part time roles so weekends are shared out.)

Ideal candidate must have some experience working in a kitchen and handling food but all training will be given on the job.

Must be able to work fast paced and under pressure.

Responsibilities will consist of:

• Set up and close of the kitchen ensuring everything is cleaned to a high standard
• Daily and monthly deep cleaning of equipment
• Knowledge of Allergy awareness
• Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
• Remedy any problems or defects
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers

Salary: £13 Per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract

Salary: £13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Every weekend
• Night shift
• Overtime
