Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Porter who will be responsible for keeping corridors tidy, delivering clean linen to the floors and attending to guest requests.

As Housekeeping Porter, your key responsibilities include:

• To adhere and to promote and train the Chelsea Harbour service culture standards and the brand standards.
• To clean all guest and staff areas on your floor, ensuring all trays and waste bins are emptied, carpets vacuumed, signage and house phones have been wiped.
• To help keep clean and tidy all linen rooms and trolley cupboards on your floor.
• To assist in the delivery and removal of bed cots.
• To vacuum all corridors, paying attention to carpet edges
• To deal courteously and efficiently with all guest enquiries

The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is a luxury 5-star all suite hotel set in the exclusive Chelsea Harbour Marina and within walking distance from the legendary King’s Road. All of the hotel’s luxury suites are spacious and elegantly furnished, with four spectacular penthouse suites which offer some of the best panoramic views across London from their spacious roof terraces. Leisure facilities at the hotel include the Blue Harbour Health Club and Spa, with a 17 metre indoor swimming pool, state of the art fitness centre, sauna, steam room, six treatment rooms and hair salon.
