We are a family run 4 star hotel set in the beautiful Hertfordshire Countryside, we are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the running of the F&B outlets of the hotel.

Working with an excellent team you will be responsible for overseeing 4 restaurants - covering the day to day operations, managing rotas and costs and ensuring excellent standards of service in all areas

The role of Food & Beverage Operations Manager will involve:

• Management of the hotel to ensure all outlets have sufficient support on a day to day basis.
• Training and motivating the team to ensure they perform at their best.
• Working in partnership with the Sales team to ensure all events are correctly managed
• Dealing with customer queries and issues.
• Compiling and implementing staff rotas to ensure the best use of resources
• Ensuring excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel

Requirements for Food & Beverage Operations Manager:

• The successful candidate must have previous experience in a multi outlet site, previous experience of high volume catering will be a distinct advantage.
• Candidates must enjoy being a “hands-on” member of a team. All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required of the business.
• An excellent standard of presentation is essential.
• Our successful Food & Beverage Operations Manager will work a variety of shifts, on any 5 days from 7, on any day of the year.
