Senior Centre & Sports Development Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

To help us achieve our goals and put our provision on the map, we’re looking for a Senior Centre & Sports Development Manager to be responsible for the business and operational management of our sports facilities and staff. You’ll also create the link between the sports facilities and community clubs, supporting their growth and use of the centre’s.

You’ll be a strategic and commercial leader with a head for numbers, a keen eye for health & safety, quality, and customer service and have a proactive approach to delivering an equitable sports development programme. You’ll also, be able to lead and provide direction to the other Centre Manager on a daily basis.

This is an exciting time for Clacton Leisure Centre and provides an opportunity to be involved in significant projects. You'll lead on our current two projects: a new 3G pitch and skate park refurbishment.
