Veterinary Receptionist

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Busy, small animal, independent surgery.

Monday/Wednesday 8-2pm or 8am – 3.30pm

Tuesday/Thursday 1.30pm – 7.30pm or 12 noon to 7.30pm

Friday – alternates between above

Saturday around 9 per year from 8.30am – 2.30pm

4 weeks holiday per year and after 2 years service increases to 5 weeks.

Can do courses if they like – Paid by employee

Cost price on pet medication/pet food

Must have good telephone manner and friendly outlook – work as part of a team. Receptionist work in pairs so never by self. Good communication between clients and staff is a must.

We are a very close team.

Salary depends on experience.

• Veterinary Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
