Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are offering law graduates who seek a year out placement an opportunity to work in a corporate law environment.

you will start around August/ September 2023 and finish July/ August 2024.

you will be taught about data rooms, due diligence, board minutes, corporate law documents and property law documents.

you will be involved in mergers and acquisitions.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months
