Job description
We are looking for experienced hotel staff to fulfill this challenging role. You will be responsible for the well being of the guests while undertaking several roles. Every day will be different. We want all our guests to have a happy and comfortable stay and you will be a part of making this happen. You will need to be on hand and confident to answer guest queries and questions regarding the hotel and surrounding areas.
You will need to be able to multi task and bring enthusiasm to the role as well as being a team player. Good communication skills and smart appearance are essential.
General duties would include:
- Reception, check-in/check-out
- Answering the telephone/responding to emails
- Interacting with guests on a daily basis
- Housekeeping
- Bar work
- Waiting on tables
- Breakfast cooking/waiting on
- Sleepover responsibility (must be over 21)
Shifts are usually 6-9 hours long, with morning shift start times ranging from 6.30am and evening shift finishing times around 10pm - midnight.
Bank holidays and weekends will be on a rota system.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
Pay: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
